Global university ranking war hots up… ‘Russian Masterplan’ to take on the world unveiled


Just when you thought global higher education couldn’t get any more competitive…it does! The Center for Institutional Studies at Russia’s National Research University Higher School of Economics has launched a new newsletter with a special edition titled Making Way to Global University Rankings: Russian Master Plan.
